Can I extract data from Turbo-Chart?

This article provides guidance on how to export and import data to/from spreadsheets

Various data in Turbo-Chart are shown as data grids, these are:

  • Shape Library
  • Location Code Library
  • Tasks
  • Highlighters

For all the above data grids, the data presented can be extracted by copying the entire data table, and pasting into a spreadsheet application. We recommend saving your data before pasting data in to avoid any potential loss of  data

To do this follow the steps below

  1. Select the top left cell in the grid to highlight the entire table:

  2. When the table is highlighted, press CTRL+C to to copy the data to your clipboard, then paste into your spreadsheet application

  3. Modify the data as required, ensuring the header row remains
  4. Copy the entire data table in your spreadsheet including the header row
  5. In Turbo-Chart return to the same Data Grid table, and click on "Paste from Clipboard":

Note: All existing data will be overwritten with the data being pasted.
