How does Turbo-Chart count Sessions and Usage

This article provides guidance on how Turbo-Chart counts sessions and usage for Turbo-Chart Enterprise and Session based customers

For Enterprise and Session based customers, Turbo-Chart counts usage based on the number of sessions. A session is defined as a unique user (by registered email) on a unique device, within a 24hr period. Unique devices are typically the Windows PC Name.

For Example, user1@email.com launches Turbo-Chart on Device1 at 9am. They may launch and use Turbo-Chart as little or as often as required on Device1 until 8:59am the next day and this will count as one single session.

user2@email.com also launches Turbo-Chart on Device2 at 1pm the same day. Their usage on Device2 through to 12:59pm the following will count as another single session . This will mean Two sessions in total have been activated.

If user1@email.com launches Turbo-Chart on Device1 and then user2@email.com also launches Turbo-Chart on Device1, this will count as two sessions.

If user1@email.com launches Turbo-Chart on Device1 and then launches Turbo-Chart on Device2 also, this will count as two sessions.
