This article explains the functionality and usage of the "Revoke" button for Turbo-Chart licensing.
In Turbo-Chart, the HELP>LICENSE menu provides information about the current users subscription details. There is also a button to allow users to Revoke their subscriptions, shown below at (1).
Revoking a subscription was introduced in Release 2.3.0.2 of Turbo-Chart and allows a user to transfer their subscription to another device. Once revoked, the subscription cannot be returned to a previous user/email on the same device.
Note: Turbo-Chart named user subscriptions are for single user use. We do allow transfers of subscriptions when users leave an organisation, however subscriptions cannot be swapped, exchanged or returned to previous Turbo-Chart users (See the note in our FAQ also)
Once clicked, the Revoke button presents a warning to the user about the action being performed:
Subscriptions can also be revoked (eeset) by licence owners from the Turbo-Chart licence portal. If you have revoked your subscription by mistake, you will be required to contact Turbo-Chart support via our Contact Page or by email to support@linearprojectsoftware.com
